Gokālī; Kokālī; Kokāliya; Kokālika; 瞿迦離; 仇伽離; 俱伽離; 俱迦利, etc. The 智度論 1 says a follower of Devadatta who was sent to hell for accusing Śariputra and Maudgalyāyana of fornication. Eitel says "the parent of Devadatta".
