Shen, Yogic Practices, p. 222. I think it's actually attributed to Mi la ras pa (q.v.). The colophon in the Gdams ngag mdzod, according to Shen, is: bla ma mkha' 'gro'i gsung bzhin du / snyan mgrod phug dgon pa ru / rdo rje rgyal mtshan brtse bas bris / mi la ras pas / ras chung rdo rje grags pa la gtad pa. Shen seriously misreads and misinterprets this colophon. It was written at Snya nang grod pa phug (a place where Milarepa indeed stayed), by Rdo rje rgyal mtshan (just the lay ordination name of Milarepa).
