His name appears as translator in some Kanjur and Tanjur colophons. He worked together with Balacandra, and also with Candrabhadra.
A not very informative biography appears in Gangs can mkhas grub, pp. 302-303, although it does date his birth to around the last half of the 14th century.
A teacher of Ras chung pa. Rwa lung dkar brgyud gser 'phreng, "reproduced from the 1771-2 Spungs-thang xylographic blocks" (Palampur 1975-78), vol. 1, p. 213. Sometimes called simply Glan Lo. This is of course impossible if he really dates to the 14th century.
