Gāyapa (Glu dbyangs mkhan)

Dictionary Definition: 

• Templeman, TLK, p. 94, 96-97.
• In Vajrāsana's prayer in Egyed, Mahāsiddha no. 66 (Glud dbyangs mkhan, Klu dbyangs mkhan, Glu dbyangs mkhan).
• Linrothe, Holy Madness, pp. 263, 268 (Luchyankhan sic!).
• For a nice drawn depiction, which has him holding his right hand to his ear Milarepa style, with long hair in topknot, round earrings, seated on a woven mat, see Pal, TTC, p. 30. He is apparently no. 20 in a series (nyer pa?), and is identified by the inscription "klu dbyang mkhan."
