Dwags po Paṇ chen Bkra shis rnam rgyal (1399-1458)
Dictionary Definition:
The second abbot of 'Phan po Na lendra Monastery, he was a great scholar in subjects of logic & Prajñāpāramitā, and his important works include the Lung rigs 'brug sgra & the Rigs lam gsal byed. He was made abbot in 1442 and served for 17 years until his death. A lengthy biography was written by his nephew or grand-nephew Karma 'phrin las pa (1456-1539?), and it is said to have survived.
