The compiler of the following work is to be identified with Tho yon Ye shes don grub bstan pa'i rgyal mtshan (1792-1855). He is also known as 'Jam dpal rdo rje.
His collected works were woodblock printed in 668 folios. See Drepung Catalog, p. 2063. A biography and a thob yig are also available (in Rome).
