Name often spelled U rgyan pa Rin chen dpal. He appears as translator in several Kanjur and Tanjur colophons. He was a 'Brug pa Bka' brgyud pa, but also a very important lineage holder for the Karma pa school, and famous for his special teachings related to the Kālacakra Tantra: Rdo rje gsum gyi bsnyen sgrub.
