He based this on a personal book that belonged to Blo gros brtan pa. Composed at behest of Bla ma Dznya na shrī (Jñānaśrī, or Ye shes dpal) at E Monastery. IASWR fiche set XII (under "Lung"). This is certainly the same Nam mkha' bzang po who taught Sanskrit to Tsong kha pa in the late 14th century.
