Toni Huber is writing about this person who visited the NW Indic regions. There is an entry on him in Dungkar Rinpoche's dictionary (pp. 1662-1663). Here it says that after staying at Ti se, he visited Lcam be in western India and Shing gi ri in eastern India. He died at Gra phyi 'Brug gi Dgon pa.
