• Contemporary of Sa skya Paṇḍi ta. Mtshan-tho, no. 67, places him in the last part of the 12th century. He invited Dar paṇ A tsarya to Tibet and studied the Gshed skor, translated the Rnal 'byor bzhi rim, the Dbyangs 'char astro text, etc. He also studied with the teacher of Chag Lo tsā ba Chos rje dpal, Re ben dra (Revendra).
