• Also known as Bal po Thugs rje chen po (Mahākaruṇa) and Paṇ chen Me tsa ling pa. Pundit in Tibet in 11th century. He was a teacher of Rwa Lo tsā ba. He taught Yoga to Zangs dkar Lo tsā ba, who went on to translate the Yo ga smad 'grel chen mo.
