Rngog Blo ldan shes rab studied with him, and together they translated the Abhisamayālaṅkāra. Obermiller, Bu ston, pt. 2, p. 215.
According to Lde'u history, he was present at the council of 1076.
Kramer, rNgog, pp. 40, 41. A native of eastern India (probably Bengal), he taught in Magadha (and not in Kashmir as some sources would have it). P. 107 mentions a commentary written by him (here called Go mi chen po).
