Alkhis

Dictionary Definition: 

  • In 724, we know from a Bactrian inscription ("the inscription of Tang-i Safedak"), that a lord of Gazan (Ghazna?) by the name Alkhis, a son of Khuras, constructed a stūpa called Zinalaka on the plain of Zamagan.
